Bonus and Promotion Rules

  1. Our Welcome Package includes matching bonuses on first three deposits of up to 200%, redeemable only by players with verified accounts.
  2. Wagering requirements apply (please see below).

Wagering and Gameplay Conditions

  1. Winnings will be credited immediately upon win conditions being met.
  2. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements: 30 times the amount received (35x for Live Casino games).
  3. Losses incurred while meeting a bonus' wagering requirement cannot be recovered by requesting an additional deposit.

Bonus Abuse Prevention

  1. Attempting to register, or registering more than one account;
  2. Abusing bonuses through means other than gameplay; and
  3. Withdrawing from the platform immediately after claiming a welcome package may result in penalties.
  4. If we reasonably suspect bonus abuse on any player's behalf:
    • The Slotz may cancel your Bonus eligibility to withdraw winnings or take other punitive measures.

Deposits and Withdrawals

  1. Depositing with payment systems that are not fully supported is at the risk of players, who should consult our website for compatible options.
  2. Withdrawal times will be subject to banking speed; a delay in processing may occur during account verification procedures.
  3. If we suspect fraudulent transactions on any player's behalf:
    • TheSlotz reserves the right to cancel withdrawal and close your account.

  1. Verification of an account or identity proof is required before withdrawals can be made for amounts above our current verified withdrawal limits, which are currently set as follows (or their equivalent in other currencies):
